The maintenance committee is responsible for

• Maintaining buildings

• Maintaining decorative landscaping

  • Arranging for and contracting with professionals as required to achieve appropriate level of ongoing maintenance

Members can communicate with each other by using the email address maintenance@fifthstreetcommons.com. To add people to or remove them from this email group, please contact Petra.

Maintenance files

Committee members have access to the following files.

To work with emergency preparedness files, committee members:

• 1. If you aren't already logged in to your Google Account:

     1. Open another tab in your browser.

     2. Type Gmail.com into the address bar.

     3. Log in to your Gmail account.

     4. Come back to this tab.

1. Click this link to open the folder containing board files.

2. The Google Drive screen appears.

3. The first time you do this, you'll need to click the blue Add to Drive button in the upper right corner of the Google Drive screen.

4. Click the blue Open in Drive button in the upper right corner of the Google Drive screen.
