The Common House committee is responsible for

• • Proposing policies for use and maintenance of the common house

  • Reviewing the successful implementation of those policies

  • Proposing policy revisions and submitting to membership for approval

Common House files

Common House files are accessible only to committee members.

To work with Common House files:

• 1. If you aren't already logged in to your Google Account:

     1. Open another tab in your browser.

     2. Type Gmail.com into the address bar.

     3. Log in to your Gmail account.

     4. Come back to this tab.

1. Click this link to open the folder containing board files.

2. The Google Drive screen appears.

3. The first time you do this, you'll need to click the blue Add to Drive button in the upper right corner of the Google Drive screen.

4. Click the blue Open in Drive button in the upper right corner of the Google Drive screen.
