What is Azure Standard?
Azure Standard is an Oregon-based company that specializes in natural, organic, bulk, and earth-friendly foods and products.
Why should I join?
Cost savings and convenience. Prices are good, there are lots and lots of bulk, organic, refrigerated, and frozen items, as well as fresh produce. Because the company is based in Oregon, there is no sales tax on non-food items. Examples include cleaning and paper products, garden and pet supplies, kitchen implements, and small appliances.
We only get a few hours of notice before the truck come on delivery day (usually the Thursday after orders are due). On this day, it's important to be flexible and either be here at the Commons to receive and put away your order or arrange for someone who will be here to do it for you.
How does it work?
You create an account and place a minimum order of $50 each month. Azure will remind you when the deadline is. As a group, we have to order a minimum of $635. If we do not reach this minimum, none of us receives our order! Voided orders are shipped the following month, or the next time the drop reaches its minimum.
How do I pay?
You pay individually, via credit or debit card.
What if I need to return something?
You call Azure, let them know, and then give the item to the driver next time he comes.
Do I HAVE to order every month?
No, but it helps the group meet its minimum if you do.
How do I find out more and/or sign up?
